Under the guidance of leadership, the Fan Service Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional fan experiences and building strong relationships with season ticket holders, group leaders, and all other fans. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for season ticket members, group leaders, and individual ticket purchasers, providing proactive and reactive support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address fan inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, including season ticket members and corporate partners, to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Support ticket service and engagement initiatives during all home games and special events.
- Accurately update and maintain fan accounts and interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless fan experiences and effective communication.
- Assist with outreach and engagement efforts, which may include staffing information tables at games, events, and community activations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative culture within the front office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, fan relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in building a career in the sports and entertainment industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse groups.
- A proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
