As a department within the Division of Finance, Dining Services supports Jacksonville College’s mission through responsible stewardship, coordination, and consistent service. This role supports our professional Chef while supervising dining staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth and efficient service. The Director manages administrative workflows, purchasing logs, timekeeping, safety records, and monthly reconciliations. The position serves as Dining’s primary liaison to Student Services, Housing, Athletics, Facilities, and campus leadership.
