Job Summary :
The HR Director will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources for our skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) regulations and other relevant laws. This role will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, compliance, and the development of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all HR functions for two skilled nursing facilities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and best practices in healthcare HR.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to track performance and compliance.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
