Responsibilities for the Customer Service & Sales Representative:
- Drive product awareness and sales for internet and wireless services through interactions with customers to be able to explain features in detail
- Identify customer needs by actively listening and asking questions on what their biggest service concerns are
- Deliver personalized sales solutions to customers and expand product knowledge to assist them with their purchasing decision
- Attend training sessions to broaden skills as an Customer Service & Sales Representative and to move into a more senior role within the company
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently showing you care and are empathetic towards their new service they are receiving
- Utilize sales techniques to build customer relationships and potential customer referrals
Job Qualifications for the Customer Service & Sales Representative Position:
- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, business management or similar field is preferred
- Strong communication skills to be able to work with customers and businesses
- Confidence in overcoming customer inquiries by being efficient with problem solving skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks when working with customers
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is preferred.
Customer Service & Sales Representative Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Jacksonville, FL. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers and business owners.
- Pay: 100% commission - $70-$300 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their internet and wireless services
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $3,900.00 - $4,600.00 per month
