- Greet every customer with a smile and top-tier service.
- Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling.
- Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling.
- Oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels.
- Drive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising management.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.).
- Participate in leadership meetings and hold effective team huddles.
- Uphold Jacksons standards, policies, and procedures.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation).
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred).
- A Food Handlers Permit as required by county, city, or state.
- A proven history of exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Legal age to stock and sell regulated products.
- Strong attention to detail and a history of being self-motivated.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
- Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
