Position Overview: Jackson Mechanical is seeking an experienced Solutions Representative who can easily navigate the mechanical trade industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Conduct accurate and detailed estimates for various mechanical trade industry projects. Your ability to walk onto a job site and provide precise estimates is crucial.
• Sales: Leverage your industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to sell preventative maintenance contracts and other services. An uncapped commission structure means your ambition only limits your earning potential.
• Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Problem-solving: Research solutions and offer options to clients requesting assistance for renovations, retrofits, and equipment replacement projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the mechanical trade industry, with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, or plumbing.
• Sales and Estimating: Proven experience in estimating and sales within the industry. Ability to generate and close sales of preventative maintenance contracts.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex mechanical systems and provide accurate estimates.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Personality: A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for the industry. Must have a customer-centric approach and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Benefits:

• Compensation: Base salary of $70,000 to $80,000, with an uncapped commission structure.
