Duties

- Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs or disabilities, ensuring that all children receive the attention they require.
- Facilitate activities that promote social interaction and emotional growth among children.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop curriculum materials tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.

Experience
Candidates should possess experience working with children in various settings, such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Preferred qualifications include:
- Background in early childhood education or related field.
- Experience with behavior management techniques and classroom experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with disabilities is highly desirable.
