This position based in Kenner, LA. supports accounting operations across 3 locations. You will work closely with our controller and fellow accounting clerks to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
process payments(a/r and a/p)
generate invoices
reconcile statements
maintain customer records
draft correspondence for past due accounts
post internal repair orders
profiency in microsoft office and CDK software is a major plus
excellent verbal and written communication
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
