What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Nuclear Medicine Tech position at Jackson Therapy Partners?
Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. The clinician will prepare and administer radioactive pharmaceuticals and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment to track radiation within patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology or related radiologic technology discipline.
- State license or authorization to practice nuclear medicine in Oklahoma, as required by state regulations.
- Certification in nuclear medicine technology (ARRT(N) or NMTCB) preferred. Candidates without active certification may be considered; indicate certification status on application.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required prior to start.
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience in nuclear medicine required.
- Experience with PET/CT and gamma camera operation preferred.
- Experience administering radiopharmaceuticals and performing dose calibrations and quality control procedures.
- Ability to comply with facility onboarding and submit all compliance documentation one week prior to start.
- Must provide return-to-office (RTO) availability at time of submission as requested by the facility.

- Shift Hours: 07:00 to 15:30.
- Assignment Length: 13-week contract.
