Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.
• Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for patients with post-acute and chronic conditions.
• Current CPR/BLS and documentation competency.
• Preferred: experience with restorative nursing programs, gait training, wound care collaboration, and use of common SNF equipment such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts.
