We seek a dedicated and compassionate clinician to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role offers clinical variety, opportunities to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and experience in post-acute care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: experience with activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and discharging planning in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs and fall prevention preferred.
