Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and therapy modalities preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist.
