Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred. Experience with geriatric populations, post-acute care, or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads and document in electronic medical records. Experience with common SNF equipment and procedures preferred.
