Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Grass Valley, California.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatrics and post-acute care preferred.
