Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Client requires experience with documentation in electronic medical records systems. This is preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Ability to provide therapeutic interventions for geriatric populations, including fall prevention, mobility training, and restorative care.
• Effective communication skills for interdisciplinary team collaboration in a post-acute care environment.
