Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads in a SNF environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation systems preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
- Candidates may be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
