Minimum Requirements

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• New graduates welcome. (Preferred: prior clinical experience in geriatric or SNF settings.)
