Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee PTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, transfer training, gait training, and therapeutic exercise preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records preferred.
