Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
• Familiarity with NetHealth/PCC electronic medical record preferred.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday as scheduled.
• Clients will accept all candidates; current traveler assignment ends 6/5.
• Resume submission required to be considered. Flexibility on rate depending on experience is noted as client preference.
