Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations and restorative programs preferred.
• Ability to follow established treatment plans under PT supervision and document per facility policy.
