Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience
• Physical Therapist license in NC required to start
• HEP B required to start
• TB required to start
• Flu required to start
• Tdap required to start

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch
• Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch
• Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch
• Floating may be considered to another location if staffing is secured
