Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active MA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
- Experience working in hospital outpatient or rehabilitation clinic settings preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital outpatient rehabilitation.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift details: Days 08:30–17:00; schedule may include Mondays and Wednesdays 09:30–18:00 and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 08:30–17:00 per site scheduling.
- Candidate must hold MA PT license and BLS prior to start.
