Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Mercy Cover Sheet Required
• Compliance with facility influenza vaccination policy or approved medical or religious exemption is required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is required.
