Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Streator, IL.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience providing ADL training, therapeutic activity planning, and discharge planning preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records according to facility policies.
