Make a meaningful impact as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Morgan Hill, CA working in a home health setting. You will support patients recovering from injury or illness to improve mobility, function, and independence under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Respond promptly to care plans, document according to agency standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active California PTA license required prior to the start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in home health preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 30 visits per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health agencies.
• Experience treating adult and geriatric patient populations.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
