Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active NV Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Home Health experience required.
• Experience with WellSky EMR required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to travel within the primary service area and to secondary service areas as assigned.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: Days 5x8 with 40 hour guarantee.
• Schedule includes typical home health productivity of 5–7 visits per day.
• Location & travel: Primary service area in Elko, NV and secondary service area includes Winnemucca, NV (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Elko). A hotel will be provided when working in the secondary area and the clinician will return to Elko the following day.
• A vehicle and gas card are provided.

Commuting within the region typically requires vehicle travel between Elko and surrounding communities, and overnight accommodations are provided for assignments to Winnemucca approximately 1 hour 45 minutes away. Local features include historic downtown districts, community events, and seasonal access to camping and fishing along regional waterways.
