Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Illinois COTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Comfort with providing care to medically complex and geriatric populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with ADL retraining, durable medical equipment recommendations, and restorative programs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
