Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Pediatric patient experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Pediatric patients will be seen in this role
