Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans and document progress per facility standards preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Standard meal break: 30 minutes.
• Position will follow facility scheduling and may require consistency with the listed shift pattern.
