Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Maryland Speech Language Pathologist license required to start
- BLS required to start
- Flu Seasonal required to start
- National Sex Offender Search required to start
- Precluded Provider List required to start
- State Sex Offender Registry Check required to start
Assignment Details
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday rotation
- Start time between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM
- Scrub color is black or professional dress with white lab coat
- Epic EMR
