Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Active Virginia state SLP license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia evaluations and treatment, experience with SNF documentation and Medicare-skilled requirements preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks.
