Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech – Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required upon hire.
• State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography required.
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of radiologic technologist experience required.
• Fluoroscopy experience required.
• Ability to competently perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, portable radiography, and demonstrate competency in OR and Trauma suite settings as required by facility standards.
• Willingness to float to other facilities or departments as needed within competency level.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, high-acuity environment and provide patient care across the lifespan (neonatal through geriatric).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in inpatient hospital radiology settings and with trauma/critical care patients.
• Prior experience working in a high-volume or regional referral center.

Assignment Details

• Shift type: Flex shifts.
• May be required to work weekends, holidays, and call shifts as needed.
• May be required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.
• Travelers may be required to float to meet organizational needs up to their competency level.
• Facility may call off shifts with up to 48 hours’ notice for low census during the contract period.
