Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Experience in Long Term Care

Location Highlights
Deer Lodge offers access to Montana history and outdoor recreation in a small-town setting.
