Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- EMR: Home Care Home Base
- On-call requirement: None
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
- Interview process: Teams/Video Call
- Coverage area may extend within an hour radius of the general hub city based on referral volume
