Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
- Client requires experience with geriatric patient populations and post-acute care documentation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to perform mobility, balance, therapeutic exercise, and fall risk assessments.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and proficiency with electronic medical record systems commonly used in long-term care settings.
