Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Experience with therapeutic exercise, gait training, wheelchair assessment, and ADL interventions preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630, Monday through Friday.
- Schedule: 5x8.
- Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
- Candidates may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
