Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience required
- Current driver's license required
- Agency-required liability insurance required
- Reliable transportation required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: M – F 8am – 5pm
- Weekend rotation: no
- On call: none
- Territory: Greater Manchester
- Travel: approximately 300 miles per week
- Productivity expectation: 30 units weekly
- EMR: HCHB
