Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
- Maine state license required
- Driver's license, car, and auto insurance required
- Experience with adult patients recovering from post-ortho surgeries, post-surgical conditions, fall risk, deconditioning, and mobility issues required
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 0800-1700
- Shift Days: Monday-Friday
- Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday
- On-call not required
- Coverage area includes travel throughout Aroostook County
- Travel between patient locations may range from 50-100 miles per day
- Manager is willing to consider 4 10-hour shifts
