Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Proven ability to manage caseloads involving geriatric populations, post-operative care, and chronic condition management preferred.
- Documentation experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.
