Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
- Previous experience managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to work with geriatric populations and common SNF diagnoses preferred.

- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
- Assignment Length: 15 weeks.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
- Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
