Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- CPR certification required
- Bachelor's Degree
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No on-call requirement
- Weekend rotation required
- Potential availability on observed holidays is required
- Coverage area includes Fort Smith and surrounding areas
- Floating to other nearby agencies may be required
