Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start assignment.
- BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required as noted by client.
- Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
- Experience using Epic EMR preferred.
- Ability to provide one-on-one treatments in an outpatient orthopedics setting.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital - Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation services.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (approximate clinical hours listed as M–F 8–4:30p in client notes).
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Call: No call requirements.
- Patient type: General outpatient orthopedics; one-on-one treatments.
- EMR: Epic.
- Dress code: Gray scrubs or facility-branded apparel required.
- Float requirements: None.
