Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Maine Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with restorative nursing programs, fall-risk management, and mobility/retraining interventions preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently, perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Current documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Scheduled Hours: 5x8 (35 hours per week).
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
- Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
