Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (Client lists Associate Degree as minimum.)
- Active Alabama or Multistate Physical Therapist license required prior to start.
- Valid driver’s license required. Travel between patient homes will be part of the role.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required by AHA or ARC.
- Home health experience preferred. (Client indicated this as desirable.)
- Physical Therapy professional certification as required by state and employer.
- Minimum education: Associate Degree (client-specified).
