Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) / CPR certification required.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience required. Candidates without inpatient rehab experience will not be considered.
- Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred; facility is transitioning to Meditech Expanse.
- Ability and willingness to float to other rehab sites if census is low.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on a 23-bed inpatient rehab unit or similar setting.
- Caseload management experience (typical caseload 4–6 patients).
- Flexible and adaptable team player with passion for rehabilitation.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Rotating weekends required.
- Unit: 2nd floor, 2N Rehab Unit. Typical caseload 4–6 patients.
- Scrub color: Navy.
