Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient experience preferred. Candidates with 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience will be considered as Level 1. Candidates with greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience will be considered as Level 2.
- Ability to treat a general outpatient population.
- Willingness to float or split time among clinic locations as needed.
- New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
- OT (overtime) must be approved by the director before working additional hours. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
- PT Assistants (PTA) may be accepted for certain roles; this is a client preference.
