Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
- Shift: Days
- PT 5 days/week 32 hour guarantee; will split time with Town and Country Health and Rehab
