Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Outpatient clinic experience required
- Experience evaluating and developing treatment plans, including functional treatment programs and goal-oriented care
- Competence with outpatient documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry
- Ability to supervise and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student training
- Preferred: Prior experience working in a Select Medical or similarly governed clinic environment
