Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- PT license
- At least 1 year home health experience
- Minimum Education Requirement: Doctoral
Assignment Details
- Coverage area includes Centralia and surrounding areas
- No on call or weekend requirement
- Mileage reimbursed between patient visits, from first patient to last patient, excluding travel from home to first patient and last patient to home
- Dress code: navy blue scrubs, navy blue top with khaki shorts
