Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Acute inpatient experience required
- Minimum 6 months of work experience with adults in at least 1 of the following settings: acute, rehab hospital, or SNF
- Hawaii license required by start of assignment
Assignment Details
- Schedule options include Monday through Friday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday
- Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Weekend and holiday coverage may be required based on hospital operations
- Primary coverage in acute rehab with secondary coverage in ICF/SNF rehab
- EMR: Meditech
